The Miceli company harvests oregano from June to September, it is collected in bunches and then wrapped in paper bags which are then dried upside down in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from light.
Once dried it will be ground by hand and bagged to be put on sale directly on our E-Commerce and on Amazon.
